Using VBA to Manage Your Outlook Email
Attachments
This tutorial shows you how to build a macro in Outlook to scan your
Inbox for messages containing attachments, and save the attachments to a
named folder. There are suggestions for enhancements including saving only
certain file types, and scanning named subfolders. Only Outlook 2000 and
Outlook 2002 have a Visual Basic Editor but Outlook 97 users can build the
macro in another program. Full instructions are given and you can download a
ready made code module for either version.
